Operations Expert, VP

Manage margin operations and related functions ensuring operational efficiency and risk reduction through process improvements.

Serve as a central global contact point coordinating with Trading, Sales, Product Control, Middle Office, and regional/global teams to resolve escalated inquiries and ensure procedural compliance.

Lead operational risk management, monitor KPIs/KRIs, participate in system enhancement projects, mentor new joiners, and support organizational change initiatives.

9-10 years of financial services industry experience with multi-team management across regions.

Detailed knowledge of front to back processes in an investment banking environment, including experience managing multiple product systems.

Proven problem-solving skills and client service experience with ability to present complex issues at management levels.

Location: Jaipur, India; familiarity with Collateral, Margin, Rates, Credit, FX, Securities, Treasury or Liquidity Management is required.

Experienced operations leader with strong cross-functional coordination skills in a highly regulated, fast-paced investment banking context.

Demonstrated ability to drive change management initiatives and improve control environments across global teams.

Capacity to mentor and manage teams effectively while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, especially with Sales and onshore partners.
