Lead design, development, testing, and documentation of high-quality Microsoft stack web application modules.
Review and improve team code quality; collaborate with architects to implement architectural changes.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and other IT teams to estimate workloads, select technical solutions, and ensure delivery of optimal software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 12 years experience in end-to-end web application development using Microsoft technologies.
Engineering graduate or postgraduate with at least 10 years overall experience, including minimum 2 years as hands-on technical lead.
Strong knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, MVC, WCF Rest, WebAPI), SOLID principles, design patterns, n-tier architecture, and SOA projects.
Experience with Agile methodology (preferably SCRUM) and unit testing frameworks; working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Angular 2+), SQL databases, and familiarity with UI testing frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader capable of delivering performant, scalable software in Microsoft tech stack within Agile environments.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally with global teams and business analysts to align technical solutions with requirements.
Has worked on complex SOA and n-tier architectures with strong attention to quality and ability to guide code refactoring and architectural improvements.
