Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of backend development experience focused on Gen AI and AI/ML contexts.
Proven hands-on experience deploying Agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG-based AI applications in production.
Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Celery; experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with at least 3 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced AI/ML backend developer with deep expertise in agentic AI concepts including function calling, dynamic task decomposition, and persistent state management.
Operationally strong in designing and running complex multi-agent architectures and AI pipelines with a focus on production readiness.
Technically proficient with extensive experience in vector databases, semantic search, GenAI/RAG frameworks, and cloud-native deployment workflows.
