Minimum Requirements
10+ years professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or startups.
Strong engineering skills in Java and/or Python, UI development with React JS or StreamLit, and experience with distributed systems and REST/WebSocket APIs.
Proficiency in database technologies (Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and infrastructure tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale distributed systems and familiar with Agile delivery and product management in complex organizations.
Hands-on technical leader comfortable driving AI/LLM technology capabilities and Generative AI adoption across enterprise contexts.
Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and rapidly learn evolving AI engineering tools such as LangChain, MLFlow, agentic frameworks, and relevant AI coding assistants.
