Automation and AI Tech Lead – Personal Health

Own the AI and automation strategy, architecture, roadmap, and delivery for an enterprise labeling compliance and artwork validation platform.

Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and scaling of AI-enabled automation solutions integrating multiple technologies and enterprise systems.

Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure solutions meet standards for security, compliance, performance, and responsible AI governance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field.

10+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering, automation, digital platforms, or AI-enabled solution delivery.

At least 3 years in technical leadership, solution leadership, engineering management, or architecture role.

Experience with AI solution patterns, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Python, enterprise app technologies (Node.js, Java, .NET), and modern software delivery practices.

Experienced in leading complex, cross-functional AI and automation technology initiatives from architecture to production scale.

Strong knowledge of AI/ML integration, intelligent automation, human-in-the-loop workflows, and secure, explainable enterprise applications.

Proficient in agile delivery, vendor management, executive stakeholder communication, and building organizational AI capabilities.
