Lead end-to-end implementation and hands-on development of Oracle EPM FCCS applications focusing on statutory and management reporting requirements.
Own design and customization including rules writing and metadata management for FCCS and HFM to support Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
Build and manage integrations between FCCS, ERP, and HCM systems using Data Management or FDMEE, ensuring effective financial close and reporting automation.
Minimum Requirements
9-12 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM FCCS and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
At least 8 full lifecycle hands-on implementations of Oracle EPM FCCS application.
Hands-on experience with FCCS on statutory reporting, multi-GAAP, IFRS, CbCr Reporting, Allocations, Intercompany eliminations, and currency translation.
Proficiency in FCCS/HFM rules writing, metadata configuration, and integration using Data Management or FDMEE.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically strong with deep expertise in Oracle EPM suite including FCCS, HFM, FCM, and related integration tools.
Experienced in complex financial reporting environments involving multi-GAAP and IFRS standards.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and troubleshoot functional aspects of financial reporting and system security setups.
