Manage SAP HCM application support including incident management and configuration changes.
Conduct SAP HCM portal testing: Functional, Regression, Integration Testing and support UAT.
Coordinate with HR users, technical teams, and offshore/onshore teams for issue resolution and knowledge transfer.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 13 years of experience in SAP HCM/HR module.
Strong knowledge in SAP HCM processes and configuration, especially Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and CATS.
Experience in SAP portal processes (ESS/MSS), Neptune, Fiori, and SAP HCM integrations/interfaces.
Work Experience Required: 10-13 years

Experienced application support consultant with hands-on experience in configuration and managing high-priority incidents independently.
Proficient in SAP HCM portal testing and production support within complex enterprise environments.
Capable of effective coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders including clients, technical teams, and junior consultants.
