Own end-to-end business analysis for Property Casualty insurance processes including Underwriting, Policy Admin, Claims, Billing, and Product Configuration in the India General Insurance market.
Drive requirements elicitation, documentation (BRDs, user stories), stakeholder coordination, and support UAT and solution validation in transformation and modernization initiatives.
Provide secondary support in AI/automation business analysis and assist with pre-sales RFP inputs related to PC domain expertise.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years experience as a Business Analyst with strong Property Casualty / General Insurance domain expertise.
Mandatory hands-on experience in the India General Insurance (PC) market with knowledge of India-specific insurance products, business processes, and IRDAI regulations.
Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and produce detailed requirement documents for complex insurance operations.
Experience working on core insurance system implementations or modernization programs, familiar with Agile/hybrid delivery models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep operational understanding of India-specific Property Casualty insurance lifecycle including underwriting, claims, policy administration, and regulatory environment.
Experienced in collaborating independently with business users, subject matter experts, and technology teams within consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
Skilled at translating complex insurance rules and coverage logic into clear functional requirements and maintaining traceability through development and testing phases.
