Software Development Engineer III-2

Design, build, deploy, and maintain high-quality, well-tested code focusing on software performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Break down and solve complex problems independently or collaboratively with other teams to ensure successful software integration and quick resolution of production incidents.

Mentor junior team members, lead design and feature discussions, and drive software improvements aligned with client satisfaction and technological innovation.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum 4+ years of software development experience.

Proficiency in typed, object-oriented programming languages and deep knowledge of software methodologies, tools, and architectural patterns.

Strong command of multiple levels of automated testing (unit, integration, contract, end-to-end).

Experienced in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment with proven ability to manage time and deliver results on schedule.

Skilled in mentoring and leading teams with effective cross-functional communication and collaboration capabilities.

Demonstrates strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to continuous learning and client satisfaction.
