Proven experience managing or mentoring a small team while being individually hands-on.
Strong experience with onshore-offshore coordination and staffing/hiring processes including working with Resource Managers.

Experienced with IT services or project operations domain, particularly involving global teams and US overlapping shift hours.
Comfortable with independent ownership and escalating issues appropriately while maintaining operational control.
Skilled at improving PMO processes and reporting frameworks while balancing hands-on coordination and people management.
