Accountable for support functions across application/platform services including incident triage, root cause analysis, change management, deployment, and vulnerability management.
Provide on-call production support for mission-critical applications ensuring resolution within defined RTO.
Drive continuous improvement and automation of redundant daily production support tasks with an SRE mindset, including troubleshooting AI/ML workloads on GCP GPU infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of production support experience.
Proven experience implementing SRE processes in support teams.
Hands-on experience with Python stack, Linux/Unix command line, Python/Shell scripting, GCP (with certification), and AI/ML infrastructure including GPU configuration and monitoring tools like Splunk and App Dynamics.
Work location: Bangalore, India; willingness to work in 24x7 shift model required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting and troubleshooting Generative AI (GenAI) applications and Data Science/AI/ML platforms at scale.
Technical expertise bridging technology infrastructure operations (data center, network, storage, compute) and business projects.
Proven ability to lead automation and improvements in complex production support environments deploying AI/ML workloads on cloud GPU infrastructure.
