Proven full stack Java development experience with React, Spring Framework, SpringBoot on medium to large projects.
Experience with AWS cloud and building/enhancing business-critical systems.
Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and knowledge of secure coding and responsible AI use.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced developer comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a globally distributed agile environment with US timezone overlap.
Strong proficiency in AI-assisted development tools with capability to evaluate and refine AI outputs for correctness, security, and performance.
Experienced in cloud-native application development and communication mechanisms like Kafka or MQ, with ability to integrate modern front-end frameworks.
