Collaborate with R&D and DevOps teams to enhance system reliability, observability, and support new product introductions by validating platform readiness and operational stability.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in software support, DevOps, or SRE roles.
Hands-on experience with Linux, containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Practical experience with automation and scripting (Python, Bash).
Location requirement: Bangalore, India; Travel up to 25%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in troubleshooting complex distributed systems with strong cross-team collaboration skills.
Able to work globally with R&D, DevOps, and customer-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Has familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or similar) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Helm) considered an advantage.
