Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, management information system, or equivalent.
0-2 years experience in incident handling, log management, antivirus, firewalls, and SIEM systems.
Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, VPNs, VLAN, NAT, DHCP.
Work Experience Required: 0-2 years in relevant security operations roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or familiarity with Splunk SIEM and root cause problem solving in security operations.
Ability to perform technical communication for clients and internal teams and manage customer experience effectively.
Preference for candidates with coding/scripting skills and knowledge of Unix/Linux environments or security certifications like Security+, SSGB, or ITIL.
