Manage full-cycle people operations for the India team including attendance tracking, payroll input preparation, and compliance with labour laws.
Own end-to-end employee lifecycle activities such as offer letters, onboarding, HR documentation, and exit formalities.
Serve as first point of contact for employee relations, grievance resolution, and coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives, including support for night-shift workers.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance including Labour Codes, POSH, maternity benefits, gratuity, and Karnataka Shops & Establishments Act.
Experience managing attendance and payroll inputs for a sizable workforce including shift allowances, overtime, joiners, exits, and full-and-final settlements.
Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s in HR-related fields preferred.

Experienced managing HR operations in fast-growing, startup environments, preferably through periods of scaling.
Comfortable handling shift-based and operations-heavy teams, including night-shift and frontline employee welfare.
High ownership with strong attention to detail and a hands-on execution style, capable of working across all employee levels and maintaining process precision.
