Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates supporting hundreds of application teams in a global automotive client environment.
Support and extend a self-service onboarding platform including portal, backend APIs, automated pull requests, and GitOps-based deployments.
Own production pipeline issues end-to-end, participate in on-call rotation, debug root causes, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of work experience; specifically 3+ years in DevOps/platform engineering with 2+ years building and running CI/CD pipelines at scale.
Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes; OpenShift experience strongly preferred.
Experience with Kubernetes-native CI/CD tools (Tekton preferred), GitHub Actions or Jenkins; GitOps tools like Argo CD or Flux required.
Strong Google Cloud Platform skills including GKE, IAM, networking, Artifact Registry, Cloud Logging/Monitoring; Terraform and Python automation skills also mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines under production pressure within large-scale enterprise environments, preferably automotive sector.
Comfortable working embedded within client teams while maintaining vendor standards and collaborating cross-functionally.
Strong engineering rigor with hands-on approach to learning new systems, ownership mentality, and proactive communication style.
