Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Engineering, or Cyber Defence.
Hands-on expertise in SOC, Incident Response, Threat Detection, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Infrastructure Security, and strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR platforms.
Experience working with AWS cloud security controls and security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS.
Location: Bangalore; Full-time role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of independently driving complex security programs and influencing stakeholders across technology teams.
Deep technical proficiency in threat hunting, MITRE ATT&CK framework, IOC analysis, detection engineering, and security automation.
Prior exposure to fintech or regulated industries and familiarity with various security tools and frameworks; mentoring and cross-functional leadership experience preferred.
