Provide Level 2 support for IAM programs focusing on ETL, SQL, data integration, and data modeling issue resolution within SLAs.
Manage incidents and escalations from Tier 1 support, performing root cause analysis to minimize recurring issues and improve system performance.
Develop, enhance, and customize ETL processes, scripts, and connectors to optimize IAM application performance, supporting 24x7 global managed services with shift and weekend support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in ETL, data integration, data engineering, or data application support.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and troubleshooting production data issues.
Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Domlur, Bangalore office with shifts from 6:30pm to 2:30am IST including weekend support as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting enterprise IAM applications and integrations, preferably with knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM platforms.
Familiarity with ITIL processes applied in a support environment and basic Unix/Linux administration skills.
A problem-solver capable of handling complex data integration and production issues in a high-availability managed services setting with shift work specialization.
