Own end-to-end release management for complex, multi-component enterprise applications across development, testing, production, and production-like environments.
Act as hands-on Scrum Master facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching delivery teams while ensuring sprint commitments and Agile standards are met.
Manage release governance and compliance using Azure DevOps, including planning, scheduling, deployment coordination, audits, and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Release Management, Agile Delivery, or Scrum roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps covering Boards, Pipelines, Repositories, Release pipelines, Test Plans, and Dashboards.
Active Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master.
ITIL Foundation or equivalent change/release management certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing releases for complex enterprise applications with distributed and global teams across multiple time zones.
Proficient Scrum Master capable of facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Scrum practices with a focus on delivery metrics and sprint commitments.
Familiarity or experience within regulated industries like financial services or insurance, and knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and service management tools (ServiceNow/Jira).
