Own month-end close and financial reporting deliverables with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Perform variance analysis and communicate financial insights to stakeholders and management.
Support SEC and U.S. regulatory reporting processes including documentation and system validation, driving process improvements and control enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting mandatory.
1–3 years experience in accounting or controllership (internal or external).
Must have experience with month-end financial reporting and variance analysis.
Work schedule includes 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM primary shift, with extended hours during critical periods.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with financial systems including SAP and Essbase impacting reporting processes.
Familiarity with U.S. GAAP accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
Strong project execution skills demonstrated by managing multiple priorities and driving stakeholder deliverables.
