Monitor and report team performance via KPIs and dashboards in partnership with Data Analysts, presenting insights to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in operations through process optimization, automation, and strengthening data quality controls to support digital transformation and business needs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with minimum 10 years relevant experience, OR advanced degree with minimum 8 years experience.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and tools.
Proven ability to drive enterprise-scale data quality improvements.
Location: Bengaluru, India; Work mode: Hybrid with shift timings 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with ability to manage large cross-functional teams and deliver digital product releases and process improvements on time.
Background in aerospace engine aftermarket, MRO, or fleet product management preferred.
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM, data quality dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), and capable of supporting audits and regulatory compliance.
