Support SEC, U.S. regulatory reporting, system enhancements validation, and drive process improvements to reduce operational risk.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
1–3 years of experience in an accounting/controllership environment (internal or external).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive project execution in deadline-driven environments.
Work schedule: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift, with extended hours during critical business periods.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or familiarity with Retail Banking/Home Lending Controllers environment.
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large datasets into clear leadership messaging.
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SAP, Essbase, and advanced Excel skills preferred but not mandatory.
