Lead and support Oracle EBS Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and India Taxation.
Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, ensuring adherence to project deadlines and best practices.
Oversee enhancement, implementation, configuration, testing, user training, and stakeholder communications related to Oracle EBS Financials modules.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials (R12), including at least 2 years in a team lead role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields; professional accounting certifications (CA, CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance) highly preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, subledger reconciliation, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, fixed assets, and Oracle E-Business Tax configuration.
Work Mode: Chennai location, 5 days a week work from office (WFO).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full lifecycle Oracle EBS Financial implementations or enhancements with deep functional and technical understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and RICEFW lifecycle.
Demonstrates strong leadership in managing multiple projects, mentoring teams, and communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Possesses advanced knowledge in taxation frameworks and financial reporting requirements relevant to Oracle EBS Financial modules.
