Senior Financial Analyst SOX and QA

Provide complex financial analysis across multiple finance functions to influence strategic business decisions and ensure capital strategies maximize return on investment.

Lead forecasting processes and financial reporting (e.g., P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) ensuring adherence to GAAP and alignment with business and corporate objectives.

Drive process improvements and policy development, mentor junior analysts, and represent business units in cross-regional and cross-functional initiatives.

First level university degree in business or economics required; advanced degree or accounting certification (CPA, MBA) preferred.

Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst, with exposure to multiple finance functions.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis including GAAP compliance.

Hybrid work model with requirement of approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

Experienced in managing and leading financial analysis efforts that support strategic capital allocation and business forecasting within a multinational corporate finance function.

Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior business leaders through data-driven insights and financial expertise.

Able to independently handle complex financial issues and lead initiatives, with capability to mentor and guide less experienced analysts.
