Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions globally.
Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and deliver scalable, compliant SAP Finance solutions including integration with other SAP modules.
Provide expert guidance during SAP finance transformation programs, including fit-gap analysis, process optimization, and support for testing and Go-Live readiness.
Minimum Requirements
7-14 years experience in SAP FICO with multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.
Hands-on configuration expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, etc.
Preferably SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
Experience supporting global SAP transformation initiatives, including deployment and post-Go-Live support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multinational SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations with cross-functional integration (e.g., MM, SD, PS).
Strong technical and functional expertise with SAP Finance and Controlling processes, capable of translating business needs into SAP solutions.
Comfortable engaging with Finance leadership and business process owners across global environments, supporting Agile/SAFe delivery is a plus.
