Conduct sourcing, screening, and in-depth technical and cultural fit interviews of candidates.
Negotiate compensation and contract terms with candidates while maintaining strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment with direct client W2 hiring focus.
Strong knowledge of US employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as Dice, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Location requirement: Must work onsite in Hyderabad, India.
