Operations Head

Owns verification and implementation of detailed technical design solutions for enterprise projects as identified by project/technical management.

Leads technical assessment, design, and delivery of multi-technology solutions; manages team lifecycle to ensure high performance.

Manages technical consulting, proposal development, sales support, and knowledge sharing within technical communities to grow company portfolio.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience (8+ years with degree, or 11+ years without).

8+ years of professional experience.

Must hold vendor or industry certification in at least one technology discipline.

Role is onsite at HPE partner/customer office.

Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary technical teams and delivering complex enterprise IT solutions across multiple technologies.

Strong technical consultant with ability to diagnose complex problems, develop innovative solutions and communicate effectively with senior management.

Able to contribute strategically by influencing company strategy and identifying upsell opportunities through technical sales involvement.
