Own end-to-end invoicing accuracy and timely issuance for assigned clients, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Process vendor/supplier invoices ensuring alignment with client budgets and handle documentation for payment processing.
Prepare financial reports including WIP, billing, media actualization, forex reconciliation, and supervise intercompany reporting activities and confirmations.
Minimum Requirements
0-2 years work experience in Accounts Payable/Finance Operations.
Graduate degree in Commerce or Accounting mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel required.
Work Location: Hyderabad, Hybrid mode (3 days office per week), Immediate Joiners only.

Detail-oriented with strong command over accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.
Experience working with finance software (e.g., ERP systems like Media Ocean) and handling client-based invoicing cycles.
Capable of multi-tasking across invoicing, vendor processing, reporting, and ad hoc finance operations projects.
