Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputed Tier 1 institute.
3+ years of experience in Operational Risk Management, Issues Management, Events Management, Governance, or related second-line risk functions.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting, visualization, database, or business intelligence tools is required.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant risk or governance functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational risk or second-line risk management with strong expertise in executive-level reporting and governance.
Skilled in managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining control discipline.
Familiar with data visualization and reporting automation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) and capable of influencing stakeholders and driving process improvements.
