Engineering Manager

Own end-to-end software delivery for the EDI Products engineering team ensuring commitments to Product Management and Product Owners are met on time and with high quality.

Lead AI-led development adoption including embedding AI-assisted coding, testing, and documentation tools to improve team velocity and code quality.

Coach and develop engineers, manage team capacity and hiring, and run agile ceremonies to ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management or team lead role.

Proven experience managing software delivery using Azure DevOps and ADO-Git including work item tracking, sprint planning, branching and release management.

Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and experience partnering with Product Managers/Product Owners for engineering planning.

Experienced in managing engineering teams delivering complex software products with predictable, high-quality outcomes.

Comfortable leading AI-driven software development practices and measuring their impact on team performance and output.

Background or interest in EDI, B2B integration, manufacturing software domains, and modernizing legacy systems is preferred but not mandatory.
