About This Role

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices and distributed systems using Spring Boot and cloud technologies (preferably GCP).

Lead technical direction, contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy, and mentor junior engineers.

Implement and improve testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous integration practices ensuring application performance and stability.

Minimum Requirements

8 to 10+ years of relevant backend software development experience preferred.

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred; AWS/Azure also considered).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

Work Experience Required: 8 to 10+ years preferred

Experienced in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers in backend development contexts.

Skilled in designing complex microservices and cloud-native architectures, especially with event-driven and API gateway patterns.
