Own end-to-end test automation activities supporting major global initiatives such as CRM, AI, and Service Operations rollouts.
Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable, modular test automation frameworks and scripts across UI, API, database, and possibly mobile or desktop applications.
Collaborate with QA leads and stakeholders to define automation strategy, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high-quality delivery with troubleshooting and mentorship responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, API automation testing, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience in at least one programming language from this list: React.js, Next.js, .NET, Java, Javascript, Python, Kotlin and hands-on testing/development experience with APIm.
Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment systems, specifically SAP Commerce (ccv2) and SAP ECC SD/MM is desired but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience; role location: Bangalore, India.

Experienced working in Agile environments with ability to handle dynamic requirements and independently deliver tasks with precision and efficiency.
Strong cross-functional communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps and product owners at senior levels.
Technical proficiency with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and automation/reporting tools (Robot Framework, Selenium Grid, Grafana).
