Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Full stack development expertise focusing on Java, React, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, and AWS cloud experience.
Proficiency with development toolsets, DevOps processes, APIs and communication mechanisms like Kafka or MQ.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Java full stack developer with solid cloud (especially AWS) and AI-assisted development tool usage background.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and collaborating across geographies including US timezones.
Capable of designing and building agentic AI applications, including prompt engineering and production monitoring.
