Quality Assurance Engineer I

Support supplier quality system processes including auditing, qualifying, monitoring, and developing suppliers using statistical data and continuous improvement methods.

Attend and manage Material Review Board communications to ensure proper and timely material disposition.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier and customer quality issues and support supplier process and product improvement projects.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical experience of minimum 4 years focused on machining, welding, NDE, or electrical technology/equipment service repair.

ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification is required.

Experience with statistical methods (DOE, SPC, ANOVA, Regression, Theory of Constraints) and software such as Minitab, R, or SAS.

Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 40% of the time.

Operates effectively with quality statistical tools and continuous improvement processes like lean and Six Sigma under supervision, showing growth in mastery.

Experienced in supplier quality management within industrial or manufacturing environments involving machining, welding, or electrical technology.

Capable of supporting complex quality data management and cross-functional communication to resolve supplier and customer issues.
