Lead architectural discussions and solution design using Well-Architected Framework primarily on AWS and Azure cloud environments, including Generative AI use cases.
Hands-on development of prototypes and guide implementation teams while serving as a thought leader across AI Transformation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture focusing on cloud-native applications and services.
Mandatory experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including architectural best practices and security.
Hands-on proficiency in at least one programming language: C++, C#, Java, or Python.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Extensive background designing and implementing AI-driven contact center and back-office automation solutions, including Generative AI implementations.
Experienced in applying the Well-Architected Framework and cloud security patterns in public cloud environments.
Senior-level expertise with ability to lead complex solution designs, conduct architecture reviews, and collaborate across business and technical stakeholders.
