Minimum Requirements
12-15 years experience in enterprise software engineering with significant application architecture and technical leadership.
Hands-on experience with Python/Django or Go/Gin backend development, Angular/TypeScript frontend architecture, and SQL databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD automation, API design, security standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), and AI-assisted software engineering practices.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical technical leadership experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior individual contributor comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with cross-team architectural leadership in enterprise software environments.
Proficient in designing end-to-end business platforms with modular architecture, API-first design, event-driven and workflow orchestration patterns.
Demonstrated ability to integrate cutting-edge AI development tools into engineering workflows, maintaining high standards of security, quality, and responsible AI use.
