Manage integration of IGA platform with enterprise systems, automate lifecycle processes, and handle access certification campaigns.

Drive migration of applications from Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint ISC and maintain platform health and compliance.

12-15 years of hands-on IGA engineering experience.

Proven expertise with SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC including Access Request, Lifecycle Manager, Certifications, Roles, Connectors, and REST API.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, REST APIs, BeanShell/Java scripting, and ServiceNow integrations.

Strong technical leadership capability in identity governance engineering within large-scale enterprise environments.

Experience working in global, matrixed teams with agile development processes in IAM projects.

Deep knowledge of SailPoint ISC platform and related connectors, with practical exposure to OIM-to-ISC migration projects.
