Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
12+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years owning platform-level technical decisions.
Experience leading and scaling distributed Salesforce engineering teams across time zones.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II required; Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Salesforce technical architecture including LWC framework, Apex, security, and audit-grade data design in a financial services context.
Experienced in designing complex integration patterns and managing high-impact engineering decisions across multiple systems.
Proven ability to lead high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams with strong accountability for delivery commitments and platform standards.
