Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related STEM; or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Playwright, manual/functional testing, AI tools, Selenium, APIs, SQL and programming in TypeScript/JavaScript or Java.
Experience in Property & Casualty insurance domain and mainframe systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading quality engineering initiatives in complex insurance software environments.
Strong programming and test automation skills with advanced knowledge of automation frameworks and AI application in testing.
Ability to collaborate effectively across onshore and offshore teams to deliver compliance-driven solutions.
