C++ Senior Software Developer

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C/C++ applications within an Agile development team for Enterprise Information Management platforms.

Analyze requirements for completeness, estimate effort, produce high-quality code, and participate in design and code reviews to ensure product quality and adherence to standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects, focusing on application performance, reliability, scalability, and security, while collaborating with geographically distributed teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, or related discipline from a reputed institute.

5 to 8 years of software development experience in C/C++ required.

Good knowledge of Java, Unix, RDBMS concepts, database migration, performance optimization, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms, Agile process, and CI/CD.

Strong debugging, problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experienced in full lifecycle software development within Agile environments, capable of independently driving tasks to completion.

Strong technical proficiency in C/C++ and complementary technologies like Java, containers, cloud platforms indicating adaptability to complex tech stacks.

Comfortable working across geographies with effective communication and collaboration skills to resolve complex technical challenges.
