Define and execute transformation roadmaps to achieve measurable business impact and drive adoption of Spec Driven Development and AI-assisted engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of professional experience as a Senior Lead or Architect, including leadership of large-scale engineering transformations.
2+ years hands-on experience with GenAI technologies including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI development tools such as Copilot and Claude.
Strong technical background in Java/.NET, Microservices, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and SRE practices.
Proven experience integrating AI capabilities with developer toolchains like GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, and SonarQube.
