Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Figma.
Experience working with Design Systems.
Bachelor's degree in UI/Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Work Location: Thane (Mumbai), mandatory hybrid work from office 2-3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in both UI and UX design with strong command over design systems and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping plugins.
Able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces with attention to pixel-perfect details.
Capable of cross-functional collaboration, facilitating constructive design discussions, and incorporating feedback from diverse teams.
