Minimum Requirements
Minimum 20 years of experience in IT / ITES workplace or facilities operations.
Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Location: Mumbai with regular on-site presence and periodic travel required.
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree and/or full-time MBA preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with deep expertise in Integrated Facility Management and vendor governance in IT/ITES workplace environments.
Strong operational and stakeholder management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and large teams across diverse functional areas.
Analytically strong with exposure to technology adoption including MS Excel, Power BI, Power Apps and focus on AI-driven workplace solutions.
