Own end-to-end design for Microsoft Fabric data transformation and integration experiences, from user research through prototyping and iteration.

Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure design implementation quality and consistency within the broader Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, including AI-enabled features.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or related field plus 3+ years of product or service design experience (or equivalent experience).
2+ years experience shipping products or delivering designed outcomes through end-to-end design process.
Ability to pass Microsoft's specialized security screenings including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in product or service design (with 2+ years of shipping products).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated expertise in human-centered design with a portfolio showing problem framing, iteration, and high-quality execution on complex data or analytics products.
Experienced in interaction design, prototyping, and design system alignment, with some familiarity or comfort working with engineering on technical complexities.
Possesses an AI-forward mindset comfortable designing AI-powered experiences and capable of systems thinking across integrated product workflows.
