Own and administer global Talent Management and Learning processes through MySuccess system including form routing, workflows, participant management, and diagnostics offerings.
Act as Global Central Key User for MySuccess Talent and LMS systems, manage access rights, user support, training materials, and coordinate issue resolutions.
Drive continuous improvement via digitalization, automation, and application of AI tools to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and support adoption of AI use cases.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Organizational Psychology, Education, Learning & Development or IT/Technology related field preferred.
Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Talent Management, Learning Administration, HR Systems or comparable operational environment.
Practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors / MySuccess Talent and/or Learning required.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills and fluency in English required; experience with AI tools and automation also required.

Experience working in international or matrix organizational environments preferred, indicating ability to navigate complex structures.
Strong process orientation with a service mindset and accuracy to manage complex HR systems and processes.
Proven capability to apply AI tools responsibly, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
