Develop and map automotive aftermarket diagnostic content for various vehicle systems (engine management, electric & hybrid systems, ADAS, etc.).
Analyze vehicle communication logs and simulate automotive systems using diagnostic and simulation tools.
Perform on-vehicle validation, benchmarking, and coverage evaluation of diagnostic testers and generate test reports.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in aftermarket vehicle service, diagnostics, and troubleshooting preferably in OEM dealerships or workshops.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in automotive diagnostic content development.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic testers like VIDA, Xentry, GDS, ADT, Bosch ESI [tronic].
Knowledge of communication protocols CAN, CAN FD, DoIP, UDS, J1939 and experience with analyzer and simulation tools (e.g., Vector HSX, HS+).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Ability to independently handle and operate various OEM and aftermarket diagnostic testers.
Experience with mapping OE system descriptions, service & repair manuals to diagnostic software requirements.
Willingness to travel to workshops/OE dealerships for on-vehicle testing and validation.
