Associate Distinguished Engineer (AI Architect, Palantir)

Define and maintain enterprise solution architecture, technical standards, and technology roadmaps, especially for Java-based, cloud-native, microservices applications.

Lead architecture and design of AI-powered enterprise solutions using Palantir Foundry, Palantir AIP, and related AI frameworks integrating generative AI and LLM capabilities.

Provide technical leadership across teams including mentoring, conducting design reviews, driving POCs and innovation, and acting as escalation point for complex architectural challenges.

13+ years experience in software engineering, solution design, and enterprise application architecture.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST API design, and cloud (AWS/Azure).

Experience with Palantir Foundry, Palantir AIP, Ontology, Workshop, and AI integration into enterprise business applications.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Senior-level architect with deep experience transforming monolithic systems to microservices and designing scalable, distributed enterprise applications.

Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams, influence architecture decisions, and drive adoption of emerging AI and cloud technologies within complex organizations.

Strong practitioner of architectural leadership including standards definition, technical mentorship, solution evaluation, and innovation management.
