Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to automate business processes and support digital transformation.
Implement end-to-end applications and integrations with enterprise systems including ERP and third-party APIs while ensuring security and compliance.
Gather and analyze business requirements to create functional and technical specifications; support operations by troubleshooting, optimizing, enhancing solutions, and training users to maximize adoption and continuity.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
5+ years of experience in application development, solution design, or related IT field.
3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform components: SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
Work Location: Hybrid with up to 20% domestic travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing both model-driven and canvas Power Apps to automate processes and enhance user experience.
Strong knowledge of Power Automate workflows, approvals, system integrations, governance, and security roles within Power Platform environments.
Familiar with Microsoft Dataverse, MS SQL, Azure SQL, Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices for CI/CD in Power Platform, and integrating AI-driven capabilities like Copilot agents.
