Operations Executive - Jalandhar

Lead and manage inbound shift operations ensuring timely receipt, unloading, scanning, sorting, and processing of shipments in alignment with service commitments.

Provide frontline leadership and manpower planning for operational staff during shifts to maintain productivity, operational discipline, safety, and compliance.

Monitor operational performance metrics, ensure effective shift handovers, and coordinate with outbound and network teams for seamless shipment flow.

Graduate degree or 10+2 with a 3-year diploma from recognized institution.

2–4 years of relevant experience in courier, express logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations.

Experience leading frontline operational teams and managing shift operations, including inbound shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and reconciliation.

Work Experience Required: 2–4 years in relevant operations roles.

Experienced in managing and coordinating inbound logistics and shipment processing operations within courier or express logistics environments.

Operational leadership style focusing on manpower planning, process adherence, safety compliance, and driving operational KPIs.

Practical knowledge of operational systems, handheld scanners, and productivity reporting tools supporting shift and workforce management.
