Senior Associate, Security Architect, Regulatory Compliance, Technology and Operations

Design and enforce security architecture and policies across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, including internal architecture reviews and security integration.

Lead risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, RBI Cybersecurity Framework, SEBI CSCRF, IT outsourcing, and digital lending.

Manage ATM logical security controls, conduct periodic security assessments, oversee regulatory reporting including Cyber KRI submissions, and support incident monitoring and response.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Minimum 10 years cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in security architecture or engineering.

Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS/Azure/GCP Security Specialty, or equivalent.

Experienced in designing and reviewing enterprise security architectures for complex cloud and hybrid environments with regulatory compliance focus.

Proven ability to manage regulatory cybersecurity frameworks and reporting, particularly RBI Cybersecurity Framework and PCI-DSS.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to integrate security effectively and conduct security awareness and training.
